How we handle your data.

This notice explains how Aizen Labs (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through aizen.sg, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, organisation and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss possible work with you, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Who handles it
Enquiries are delivered to our team mailbox and read by members of the Aizen Labs team. We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and our email:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and runs the Turnstile check that protects the form from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose.
- Resend, an email delivery service, which carries form submissions from the website to our mailbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests font files from Google when the page loads.
These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose above or for legal and business record-keeping, and delete it when it no longer is.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email hello@aizen.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer continue a conversation with you.
