Co-founder
Loo is the founder of the 1M65 Movement, which grew from a personal project into one of Singapore’s largest grassroots personal-finance communities, and a co-founder of Wellty, where he teaches AI adoption to working professionals.
He speaks regularly to government agencies, statutory boards and corporate audiences on AI and the future of work. At Aizen Labs he brings the same patient, evidence-led approach: prove the value on everyday work first, and let trust follow.
Loo works alongside a small founding team of builders and operators. Every engagement is staffed by the people who will build it.

What does a first engagement usually look like?
A short discovery. We sit with the people who do the work, map the workflows behind the pain and give you a ranked shortlist with costs. You decide whether to build anything after that.
How do you price the work?
It depends on the scope of each stage. We agree the cost with you before any work starts, and you can stop after any stage.
Do we need clean data before we start?
No. Most of our work starts with documents, spreadsheets and email as they are today. Part of discovery is finding out what your data can support.
Where does our data go?
We sign an NDA before discovery, work inside your environment where possible and handle personal data in line with the PDPA. Before anything is built, we tell you exactly which AI services will touch your data.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the job and your rules. We tell you which ones we plan to use, and why, before anything is built.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, prompts, configurations and documentation are handed over, so you can continue without us.
Can public sector agencies engage you?
Yes. Public-sector work is a core part of what we do, and we design for accuracy, accountability and a clear audit trail from day one.

What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so. If a rule, a better form or a spreadsheet solves it for less, that is what we recommend.
